This product is a specialty product, personally developed by Chef Martine during her time as the executive chef of her parent’s chain of restaurants in Haiti. Designed specifically to cut labor and create consistency in the flavor profile of the food. Now introduced to home cooks, this is a spice base that you cannot run out of! It will boost your flavors instantly and will last months in your refrigerator! Shelf life: 6 months. Keep refrigerated and always use a clean spoon — as long as it stays cold and nothing dirty goes in the jar, it's good to the last drop.

This specialty product is of the highest quality in the ghee & butter category. Developed with specialized equipment and processes to achieve the perfect texture, flavor and color. This process allows for our product to be shelf-stable and kept at room temperature for 3 months! What you get is a great cooking fat with a real nutty butter flavor which can also be used as a spread or butter replacement!
Available in 3 Flavors: Plain, Garlic and Truffle. Shelf life: 3 months at room temperature for optimal freshness, over a year refrigerated. It won't spoil past 3 months at room temp, but the fresh flavor fades — move it to the fridge.

"Keep Frozen until ready to Mix.
1. Open pouch; drop in a blender jar.
2. Add 1.5 cup of ice; 2 cups of water; and your desired amount of white rum (15 oz recommended for the perfect balance). For a sweeter drink, you may add 1/3 cup of simple syrup or sugar.
